CAIRO, Jan. 15. — Regular armies of the Arab countries will occupy all of Palestine as soon as the British withdraw, Assad Dagher Bey, chief of the press section of the Arab League, announced today.

Dagher Bey said a recommendation to this effect was made by the league and that it is now up to each Arab state to decide to what extent it will participate. Occupation will include all of Palestine because the league does not recognize the existence of the Jewish state.

Any intervention by an international police force or any large body of foreign troops either before or during the occupation, he declared, “will be considered an unfriendly act by the Arab states, and the council of the league will take steps to meet the emergency.”

Britain’s Palestine Data Given to U.N.

LAKE SUCCESS, Jan. 15. (U.P.) — Great Britain’s timetable for pulling out of Palestine was placed under lock and key in United Nations headquarters today to avoid leaks to Arabs and Jews of the Holy Land.

In a cloak and dagger atmosphere, the timetable was shown to the U.N. Palestine Commission and 10 carefully screened U.N. Secretariat officials by British U.N. Delegate Sir Alexander Cadogan.

All present at the meeting have been sworn to secrecy about the dates on which British troops, now totaling 75,000, will be withdrawn under partition of the Holy Land.
